LOC provides the cloud technology; the Agent focuses on selling the front-end hardware, LOC’s offer, all services include the training services. The Agent owns the customer-facing relationships.

Key Characteristics:

  • Promotes and sells LOC’s SaaS solutions.

  • Earns recurring revenue based on our subscription base offer.

  • Agent provides training, onboarding, and customer support for day-to-day use (e.g., item maintenance, cashier workflows).

  • Reduced technical lift and time investment for the Agent.

  • Agents work exclusively with browser-based SaaS deployments and no back office server on-prem.
